I am literally asked daily about my Bulletproof Coffee recipe so I have decided to share my current concoction of brain enhancing, adrenal and gut supporting delishhhhesness.. LOVE starting my day  FULL-OF-BEANS!

My Bulletproof Coffee Recipe:

  • Brain Octane Oil or MCT Oil (derived from coconut oil). “MCTs” are medium-chain triglycerides, a form of saturated fatty acid that has numerous health benefits, ranging from improved cognitive function to better weight management.   • Coffee, 1 shot (A toxin and mold free coffee like Bulletproof) - mold and toxin free, antioxidant rich - see Dave Asprey's research on the dangers of mold in coffee here
  • 1 tablespoon of organic grass-fed butter – high in omega-3 fatty acids, anti-inflammatory, rich in Vitamin A - see Dave Asprey's research on the benefits of grass-fed butter here
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric – anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and rich in antioxidants - see Dave Asprey's research on Turmeric here
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon – stabilises blood sugar, antioxidant rich and immune-boosting - see Dave Asprey's research on Cinnamon here
  • 1 tablespoon Beef collagen powder – improves gut health, builds muscle, great for the skin! - see Dave Asprey's research on collagen here
  • Pinch Vanilla powder – rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium - see Dave Asprey's research on Vanilla here
  • (Optional) Mix of adrenal herbs - I add 1-2 teaspoons
